The fees are determined according to a set of principles and according to the nature of each case individually, and for this purpose the lawyer's experience, time and effort spent in each case are taken into consideration, and the attorney's fees in our company consist of the advance fee and the deferred fee after the case is concluded, and the decision has acquired the final degree, and in general the attorney's fees are determined by an agreement between the Mizan Al-Adala Company and the other person, which both parties are bound by, and all of this is in light of the law of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

Note:

1. Our company is not committed to additional work after completing and completing its work outside the scope of the agreement between the two parties.

2. Legal fees and any other fees in general and the fees of judicial experts and any other expenses related to the lawsuit are in the possession of the other person

3. The costs of implementing decisions in the relevant departments have their own attorney fees, unless there is an agreement between our company and the other person that stipulates otherwise.
